The 4 room flats at 141 Tampines Street 12 are the 4A type. 99 years lease commence from 1984. Have you shortlisted a unit there? This is a great location with the round market right across the street and in terms of public transport, there are a number of bus services at the bus stop right in front of the block. Walking to Tampines MRT is also fairly convenient, where a slow walk is likely going to take approximately under 7 minutes to reach the MRT station along with the 3 shopping malls at Tampines Central.
